I love my garden.......

I look at the view from the garden gate......
Black headed gulls fly overhead.......

around 200 pass by..........

The squirrel sits by her drey, keeping a watchful eye on Nella.........

A bluetit enjoys breakfast........
and a robin waits for a crumb.
A magpie hides in the willow......

and my humble bumble visits the Mahonia......she come most days now.....
Have I told you how much I love my garden.....

Hi Cheryl....I too love your garden, and although you can't see me there, I'm there by you; fluttering around in the wings of a butterfly.... ;) It’s such a delight coming here! Enjoy every minute of it, sweet friend....

Everything is so green, and you still have bees! One of my daughters wants to apply for a nursing job in Britain. Maybe I should follow her.

Dear Ruth....a nursing job in Britain.....quite demanding and not very well paid, but a wonderful experience......

Unusual to have a regular bee visit this time of year....expecially as the weather is so cold......I am not quite sure as to what is going on with this bee....it is fascinating me at the moment.......

Uk is mostly green due to the rain......

I can see why you love your garden so much. I love to see it too. I can't believe your bumble is still out and about. No such creature is venturing out in my garden at this time. We do have our share of squirrels.

It's so nice to visit your garden. Such beautiful birds and bees you have there. And flowers yet! It must have been a wonderful sight to see all the gulls fly over. You go right ahead and love your garden -it's a glorious place!

Dear Cheryl, It's easy to see why you love your garden. It's lovely, restful, and teeming with wildlife. I love seeing your garden through your camera lens.

It is a beautiful and peaceful sanctuary. I am happy the little bumble chose your garden to seek refuge. The sheep look quite contented nibbling on the grass, with gulls flying overhead.
A lovely and loved garden.
Thanks for sharing. I really enjoy coming here, Cheryl.

A garden is a wonderful place to be, isn't it? The wild creatures seem to love your garden too, as they should, it looks wonderful and inviting.

Fantastic shot of the blue tit -- I love seeing these pics of the English birds.

Cheryl, I always love seeing views of your garden. It's truly a magical place. The bumblebee is quite a treat this time of year; ours are long gone for the winter.
Just wanted to let you know I'm leaving tomorrow to visit my Daughter, so if I'm not around for the next week, I hope you'll understand. Have a good week!

Hi Lisa.....I think everyone has their share of squirrels, natures survivors.....as for the bee, this is unusal I have to say.....it makes me wonder if we are going to have a long winter and she is stocking up.....time will tell on that one.....

Cheryl said...

Tku Beckie......the gulls were lovely to see.....they were so silent......they went to the field opposite the house.....
There are still blooms but some are already fading due to the rain......
Hope you are okay......

Dear Cheryl,
It is where we find peace and comfort! Seeing your birds is a joy but my goodness a Bumble Bee???
That is very exciting! My bees are all asleep...I am bundled up when I am outside.
Look at your darling birds...
They love you and your garden.
Happy tree planting!
Looks as if it stopped raining.
I think your garden loves you right back!
Sherry

Dear Sherry it is raining again today....bu the sun is trying to break through.....

The bee is so unusual....I wonder if she is expecting bad weather and is stocking up......

I have loads of different birds in the garden but getting photographs is a different matter.....I will keep trying but I am really not very hopeful.......
The redwings have left, most of the haws have gone from my garden.....and not one decent photograph did I get.....sigh.....
