The Garden.......

Whether you are feeling the dirt between your fingers, or standing back to admire the delicate beauty of your handiwork, your garden is a source of strength and pride.......
Filled with herbs or blossoms, your garden will bring endless joy to you and others......
Gardens refresh your emotions and cleanse your spirit.......
They are especially rewarding because no two are alike. You decide what goes in or out, flowers or fruit, its up to you........Life begins the day you start a garden......

Cheryl, lovely words that express a true gardener's feelings. Our gardens do bring us peace and joy and give us a sense of accomplishment.

Your glads are gorgeous! I love the striped one, reminded me of candy.

Gosh me! You are as industrious as a bee, dear Cheryl :) I have had another happy half hour trawling backwards through your blog to the post I last visited :)

I have been blessed, as always, by your wonderful photos of the bees, butterflies, insects and flowers. That's what i love about your garden...it is alive with Nature :)

Best of all was the photo of your darling little fairy, carefree, dancing around with gay abandon...such bliss :) We should all learn from her example and leap for joy around our gardens :)

Cheryl, gardens are so much a part of us and our lives. At least to those of us that love to garden.

Your glads are just gorgeous. I am so glad I am able to be back online to share in your garden thoughts and strolls.

Absolutely beautiful, Cheryl. And so true.
I love the luscious pinks of your glads. They smell so nice. I remember my mother planting glads in her garden too.
Have a good weekend...

Hi Wendy....I think glads are an old fashioned flower......I thought I would try them this year, I am still thinking about whether to keep them or not.......BUT they do smell lovely.....

Hi Cheryl... how lovely! Indeed, the soul cannot thrive in the absence of a garden. Many blessings.
