Christmas decorations........

Mother nature visited and decorated the garden........
and made a wonderful job........

icy images greeted me from every corner.......

Inside the house were little people.............Poppi was lost in her own little world........looking for angels.......

Riley thought angels were nice.....but not for boys.......he found some pieces he liked...........

And of course, young, old, boy or girl, we all need a Father Christmas.......

I shall not be posting again until after Christmas......I will try to visit my favourite blogs though, when time permits.
I wish you all a peaceful Christmas........time to be with your loved ones....time to count your blessings...........

Cheryl,

Mother nature has decorated beautifully! I know I am going to be one of many who say this...The spider web is a fantastic capture! Really not just clear but a nicely composed shot. The other photos are pretty darn good, too. Lovely little visitors in Poppy and Riley.

Your blog posts will be missed and we will be here after the holidays. Take care...I wish you warm, dry days in your garden and loving peaceful days with your family and friends. Merry Christmas, Cheryl...

Dear Cheryl,
Merry Christmas.
Mother Nature did an amazing job decorating your gardens, and you did an amazing job taking the photographs. The photograph of the Robin is so detailed and shows just how sweet these birds are. I can tell you have a relationship with this bird.
The spider web is an award winning photograph. You not only can see the beauty but you also share it with us. Thank you.
Your grandchildren bring so much joy. I hold you and your family in my heart during this season of light. Health to you and your loved ones.
Joy,
Sherry

Mother Nature did indeed decorate your garden for Christmas. I love the teaseland of course the spider web. It looks as though it is made of crochet thread.

Poppi and Riley have that look of awe and wonder-just as children all over the world do when it comes to the magic of Christmas.

I wish you a wonderful Christmas filled with love, my dear friend!

Magical stuff indeed, Cheryl :-)

I especially loved the cobwebs! Up at the other end of the country our frosts are minimal at the moment but no doubt they will return soon. We have had it damp for Bloom Day but that can have magical qualities too can’t it? My post is up now too if you would like to visit :-D

A wonderful posting to leave us on! Wishing you an absolutely magical time with your family over Christmas :-D

Thank you re the spiders web....I am honoured.......I said to Gail I was not keen on it and nearly deleted it......I still am not too sure....

The little ones had such a fun time.....they enjoyed being with the family. Through the eyes of a child.....it makes it very magical........

Ohhh - I didn't realize it got sooooo cold where you are. Brrrrr! The ice does make things look pretty, like Victorian lace.

Poppi and Riley look like Christmas angels. It is nice to be a child with all their dreams of sugar plum faeries (o.k. trucks for Riley) and Father Christmas. A truly magical time for all.

Your home looks lovely. Thank you for sharing with us.
I will be thinking of you at Christmas, sending you cyber hugs and lots of love.
Wishing you and your family a very happy and healthy Christmas. And we won't forget the birds, will we?

Cheryl said...

Hi Wendy....it does get very cold here.....but snow is quite rare.....
Poppi and Riley made the day, they shared the time with their great grandparents.....a beautiful moment.....young and old coming together......

Of course we must not forget the birds......I have many treats for them....when its this cold they especially need help.....

I hope that all is well in your houseand you have a lovely Christmas......
