AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS OF LOOKING I STILL HAVE NOT IDENTIFIED THIS MOTH. HAS ANYONE GOT ANY IDEAS? 27th May......I have just had an email from Stephen Mason.......he tells me the moth is Angle Shades. At last.
Cheryl, Sorry, I can't help with the moth. Your last pictures were wonderful! The insects can all be seen so clearly and look like they are really enjoying your beautiful flowers. Still think you could do a book... Insects of England or something like that.:)Such a treat to visit you!

I don't know what kind it is but if you send your picture and question to what'sthatbug.com they might be able to tell you.
