the rain clung to the plants, beautiful droplets......
they always remind me of teardrops.......

A tiny spiders web was decorated with a few diamonds...........I think the spider will need to repair his web.......
A hoverfly sits and thinks of the day ahead.......
a butterfly joins in.......decisions, decisions.......

Bees are working already.....
and seem to be enjoying the fact that it is warm

And a fairy danced and danced.......just happy to be free......

Thank you ladyluz......
I am so glad you enjoyed it Cindy.....
Dear Cheryl,
Tears of sadness mingled with tears of joy bring children's laughter to your gardens. I too still twirl...just slower.
Thank you for sharing your joy.
Your photos are lovely.

Cheryl,
This is an awesome post. I enjoyed all of the flowers and insects. Raindrops on spider webs make a beautiful photo.
The fairy dancing is exquisite and the little boy getting messy is delightful.
Thank you for visiting my Writing Nook. I hope you will stop by again soon.
Blessings,
Mary
Cindy's comment is so true--this does read like a storybook. And there's a happy ending with the prince and princess at the end:)
Your photos are remarkable, Cheryl. I love the effect of the raindrops on the flowers and spiderwebs. I don't like storms, but the rain makes everything seem fresh and clean afterwards.
Beautiful pictures! Thank you for sharing.
Hi Sherry......the children bring much joy......I still twirl with poppi sometimes but must admit to getting very giddy.....
Thank you Mary for your lovely comments,,,,,
Thank you Rose......the storm was actually amazing, we havn't had one like this for a long time...
I wish I could have taken some photos.....
Cheryl, I have to agree with all-your photos are wonderful as is the narrative. Glad you didn't have any damage from the storm. Aren't the fierce storms awe inspiring? Your grand children know how to celebrate a warm fresh day don't they! Have a great weekend.
That thunderstorm missed us totally! Just a little bit of rain last night!
very nices pictures
Hi Beckie.....I must say this storm held me in its grip...I couldn't sleep for the flashing and banging....it was amazing....
Have a lovely weekend and please stop and smell the flowers..
I love the water droplets on the plants Cheryl - lovely pics as usual. I enjoyed your "garden" story - very restful.
Cheryl,
Your little fairy knows how to make the most of that lush green expanse of lawn... she is beautiful. Loved the raindrops... especially on the spider web. We have daily thunderstorms here that move across from the gulf waters... we never know how severe they might be.
Have a great weekend.

Your photos are simply gorgeous and that little blonde fairy princess well she's the sweetest dancing around the garden in her bare feet! Oh and look there's a fair prince too! :)NG
Yours pictures are always superb; I don’t know how you do it. I specially like the purple one with the bee in side.
Hi Naturegirl......they are both the best thing in my garden....
